• Item 1: Every hero should help those in need.
• Item 2: Every hero should make a flashy entrance.
• Item 3: Every hero should show up on time to save the day.
• Item 4*: Every hero should be recognized for outstanding heroic deeds.
• Item 5: Every hero should defend the weak.

GOLDEN RULE: EVERY HERO SHALL ALWAYS FIGHT FOR WHAT IS JUST AND GOOD!

...No but okay in all seriousness. Justice Cabal is a band of medieval fantasy LARPers Cynthia and Owain made up as kids when they played at being hero because their parents were awesome. Obviously, not everyone can fight and not everyone can be a hero, so the purpose of the organization is tweaked in Haven. They've grown as people too, even if Owain and Cynthia are both still childish dorks. So what does the Justice Cabal do in practice?

Ideally, collect kids and teens around their age to befriend, help, and look after each other during harsh times. Because Friendship is The Magic That Saves The World! So when they're not being embarrassing preaching about justice and fairness, they'll actually be legit living up to it by spending all their times making sure everyone is okay. From cheering people up through pep talks, finding and distributing food, to play games to stay in good spirits. Making people smile is a hero's job too, after all! Weapon practice sessions will definitely also be a thing, they can hone their skills through friendly sparring and teach those who can't fight but want to about how to wield a weapon (sword, lance, and magic for now).

TL;DR: Justice Cabal collects kiddos their age and makes a club of WE'LL LOOK AFTER AND HELP EVERYONE. Good for moral support and combat skill honing, if you can overlook the fact that they sound terribly idealistic and naive despite their grimdark backgrounds.
